In this short course I will show you why you would want to take and pass the CISSP certification.
You obviously need to have the knowledge for the CISSP certification exam, but it is much more than that.
It is very much an English exam.
You need to be able to spot the keywords (PKI, policy, asymmetric, BCP) as well as the indicators (first, best, last, least, most).
It is also a marathon and not a sprint, the exam is 6 hours long, you need to have a strategy to deal with the exhaustion. What do you do when your brain is fried and you still have 3 hours to go.
You need to answer the questions from (ISC)²'s point of view, in their perfect world.
Answer questions from a IT Security Manager or Risk Adviser's point of view (not a hands-on techie or from a senior management point of view).
