Description
The course modulates excellence with the inception of "Learning to Learn" and implements solutions with the capacity of solving issues related to the work life related problems in particular. The initiative is to Identify the problem, Find the Root Causes and then finally implement the solutions using the brainstorming technique and other problem solving techniques of the the TQM- Total Quality Management. The concept of the QC- Quality Circles is a mantra which was concepted in Japan and was implemented in Industries. The introduction of QC in Academics has had its preface with the WOW spectrum and problems like "HOW TO AVOID DISTRACTIONS WITHIN CLASSROOMS" and others are replicated, solved and initiated towards implementation for a better structure.
