Understand Types of Construction in Building Code
Description
We will study the 2015 International Building Code (IBC) chapter 6 - Types of Construction. The purpose of classifying buildings by their type of construction is to account for the structural integrity of building elements under fire conditions. This class is designed for Architects, architecture students, building designers, building officials, building inspectors, plans examiners, and exam takers on certified building official exam, commercial building inspector exam, and plans-examiner exam administer by International Code Council (ICC).
