This course takes you through a contemporary Enterprise Architecture technique that has a powerful impact on key stakeholders. How does it do this? Firstly, we start with a scenario that outlines a common problem. This builds the context for the next sessions, where we learn a method to solution the problem. Then finally ending with some analysis that addresses our key stakeholders concern.
The most valuable sessions help you understand the Implementation and Migration Viewpoint based on an international standard for Enterprise Architecture Modeling. This is done using a freely available Enterprise Architecture modeling tool that is excellent. I also supply a sample organisation that you can use to build your own Enterprise Architecture.
